The Trump campaign filed a lawsuit Tuesday morning against the Clark County registrar in Nevada. According to Politico, the suit alleges that on Nov. 4, an early voting location — which was scheduled to close at 8 p.m. —  stayed open an extra two hours to accommodate voters in line.

Nevada is a crucial battleground state in the presidential election, and the suit claims that the polling locations extended hours specifically benefitted Democratic voter turnout. A Republican poll watcher for the site suggested that the move allowed 150 to 300 more people to vote.

The complaint also accused Democrats of distributing partisan literature with 100 feet of the polling place. The campaign asked that ballots at four early-voting locations be set aside and adducted after the election.

Recent polls and commentary from at least one leading state political reporter have given Clinton somewhat of a lead over Trump, but the margin for victory either way is narrow. Republican National Committeewoman, Diana Orrock, expressed knowing little about the lawsuit, but in response to claims that the polling location merely allowed everyone in line to vote, she said, “If that’s what they did, I don’t have a problem with that … I don’t know that filing a suit’s going to accomplish anything.”

ThinkProgress updated their report on the case to say that the judge evaluating the suit seemed “incredulous” and dismissive and even stated at one point that Trump’s lawyer had “no cause of action.”  CNBC reports that a Nevada judge refused to issue the order.
